Re-imaging your PC

There have been many occasions when PC World have asked you to re-image your PC. We do not believe this is always necessary and we hope to be able to publish additional information on how to avoid this if possible. In the meantime, PC World have been kind enough to supply instructions on how to restore your PC to the original condition. The documents are rather large and will also be distributed on a CD to all homes in the coming weeks.

WARNING: Please be aware that this process should only be attempted as a last resort and by a suitably qualified support person or Digital Champion. These documents are large and may take a long time to download

To read the documents you will need to install Adobe Acrobat reader on your PC. If you have not already done so the reader is available by clicking on the icon below.
